If you want to taste the authentic pasta as our “Le Marche seamen” have done in the 50s, this is the right sauce for you.

It’s made with tomatoes 50%, cuttlefish 22%, extra virgin olive oil 12%, celery carrot parsley onion chili 10%, crab 2%, shrimp 2%, clams 2%, cobs sea 2%, salt and pepper. No preservatives.

Product Description

Veri d’Italia creates this particular ragu alternative with fish and shellfish from the Adriatic sea that will grab your heart at first bite.

Tips & tricks : It’s typical to use the Adriatic sea ragu sauce with long egg or durum wheat spaghetti pasta.

Low heat or in the microwave after removing the capsule and pour over pasta jumping in the pan. Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil before serving.
Portion for 2/3 people.
